2. Tagaytay - I have decided to put Tagaytay on the number 2 spot despite having long hour journey from Metro Manila. Why? because no other communities could give you the peace of mind you want except from this province. The views from the mountain top are spectacular, great foods and tourist spots surrounds you together with the fresh environment. You can choose the location you want from Greenlands, Mid-Lands, and Highlands. Communities include The Woodridge Place, Pinecrest Village, Lakeview Heights, Terrazzas de Alava, The Verandas at Saratoga Hills, and Plantation Hills.

1. Cavite - Known as the throne of CrownAsia and Vista Land which are owned by Manny Villar. Cavite city has been targeted by biggest real estate companies in the Philippines like the ProFriends and CrownAsia. You can also see some elegant subdivisions like the Lancaster Estates, Carmona Estates, Camella Homes, and Portofino. This city is known for its real estate affordability because this is the only place where you can buy very affordable yet good quality houses.
